• Accessories used in cold storage insulated doors will be CE certified.
• In wing insulation, 40-42 kg/m polyurethane will be used in ""HARDFOAM category, which appropriate for a declaration ROHS, 95% closed cell structured.
• Door wing internal and external surface high galvanizing rated, hot dip galvanized sheet on min. 5 mic. Undercoat + 15 mic. Polyester painted, 0,50 mm, RAL 9002 sheet will be used. On the inner surface of the sheet, min. 7 mic. Polyurethane compatible primer paint.
• Door Thickness : 8 cm
• The door threshold seal will be easy replaceable special hard Epdm-Rubber seal.
• The door side seal is a two-component Epdm-Rubber, which will pass through the door frame in a ""screwless"" manner.
• For safety in door locks, it can be opened from the inside even if it is locked from the outside.
• It will be a first class anodized aluminum profile which is resistant to impact on the door wing frame.
• The door wing can be easily replaced in isolation or in the case of a damage in its casing.
• The door frame will be made of first class hard pvc profiles supported by specially designed chambers which strengthen and provide resistance to heat insulation inside. Door frame chambers will be reinforced with galvanized sheets to strengthen the strength.
• In deepfreeze rooms use silicone covered cable resistors which can be replaced easily.
