1. Door wing external surface is high galvanizing rated, hot dip galvanized plate on min. 5 mic. Lining + 15 mic. Polyester painted, 0,50 mm, RAL 9002 plate will be used. On the inner surface of the plate, min. 7 mic. Polyurethane compatible primer paint will be used. 
2. Door Thickness: 4 cm 
3. The door frame is a special designed, first class aluminum profile, reinforced with heat insulation and reinforced with cubbyholes, adjustable to panel thickness. 
4. All wing surfaces have a 5 mm Plexiglass sight glass that does not damage the product or user when broken. 
5. Surveillance windows are mounted without screw with EPDM-Rubber gasket specially designed for the surface of the wing. 
6. The door wing can be easily replaced in the case of a damage in its insulation or coating. 
7. The door frame will be made of first class anodised coated aluminum profile suitable for monorail passage. 
8. In wing insulation, 40-42 kg/m polyurethane will be used in HARDFOAM category, which appropriate for a declaration ROHS, 95% closed cell structured. 
9. Wing surface will come to the site with a protective film layer. 
10. Bumper and Chrome impact absorber will be on the door as optional upon request.
