• Door wing internal and external surface is high galvanizing rated, hot dip galvanized plate on min. 5 mic. Lining + 15 mic. antibacterial, HACCP compliant, HighGloss Polyester painted, 0,70 mm, RAL 1018 plate will be used. On the inner surface of the plate, min. 7 mic. Polyurethane compatible primer paint will be used.
• Door Thickness: 4 cm 
• The door frame is a special designed first class anodised aluminum profile reinforced by cubbyholes, which strengthen the heat insulation and provide resistance. 
• In the doors, special designed EPDM - Rubber high strength gasket is available. 
• All wing surfaces have a 5 mm Plexiglass sight glass that does not damage the product or user when broken. 
• Surveillance windows are mounted without screw with EPDM-Rubber gasket specially designed for the surface of the wing. 
• As wing insulation, 40-42 kg/m� polyurethane will be used in �HARDFOAM� category, which appropriate for a declaration ROHS, 95% closed cell structured. 
• Impact absorbent on the wing surfaces is reinforced with Kestemite with a thickness of 5 mm. 
• Wing is supported with 1 mm thick Cr-Ni 304 quality chrome on the kickplate part. 
• At the bottom of the wing, there will be a special impact absorbing BUMPER   
• Wing surface will come to the site with a protective film layer.
